Description
Fire & Smoke Resistant
Telescopic Letterplate System – consists of a hidden intumescent liner fitted
around the outside of the telescopic sleeve with fully sealed backplate and
letterplate flaps so that the unit will not compromise the smoke integrity of
the door.
For use in 30 minute
fire rated doors, will adjust to suit doors from 40 to 58mm thick, particularly
suitable for multiple occupancy residential buildings, for optimum performance
the letterplate should be fitted for use at a maximum of 1050mm from the bottom
of the door.

Installation
| 1. Cut
aperture to suit either Standard or Commercial range at your selected position
on the door. |

Please note that the maximum tested height from the floor to the letterbox is
1050mm to stay within the tested criteria.

2.
Insert letter plate sections through each side of the door, ensuring that they
correctly engage together. |
|
3. Secure letterplate to door using fittings supplied. |
|
4. To maintain integrity, ensure any gaps between letterbox and door are
sealed using intumescent sealant. |

The product does not present any known health hazards during or after
installation.
Normal good industrial and personal hygiene practises should be observed.
